AYURVEDIC CHEF YURI McGAHA
“Yuri’s mission is to bring ancestral healing to modern times. Her greatest passion is to share the gift of health that she’s discovered by living in harmony with nature. Born in Acapulco, Mexico she is a daughter, sister, mother and grandmother who carries the matrilineal ways of her ancestors in her bones, blood and soul. Like her grandmother before her, Yuri serves as a curandera—one who cures the soul—and also offers her studies and experience as an Ayurvedic practitioner and herbalist. Guided by her ongoing study in these ancient ways of knowing, Yuri helps others discover greater balance and alignment in their lives.”
